The SVS Executive Board has announced that all Active SVS members in good standing will now be considered Fellows of the Society for Vascular Surgery™ (FSVS™). The trademarked designation is one of the benefits of SVS membership and is a public acknowledgement that a surgeon has met the high standards required by the SVS of its members and has shown and professional commitment to the field of vascular surgery. Active members in good standing may add the initials FSVS™ after their name in any usage, such as signature lines, letterhead, door signage and so on.
