Zocor Label Change

The label for Zocor (simvastatin) tablets has been changed to include information about drug interactions with telithromycin (Ketek) and danazol (Danocrine). Language has been added to the warnings, precautions, and dosage and administration sections about telithromycin's potential as a potent inhibitor of CYP3A4 and the increased risk of myopathy/rhabdomyolysis with the concomitant use of danazol.
